Do you believe in karma? If so, then you probably know that karma happens to teach you’re a life lesson. When the lesson isn’t solved then chances are that you will not be able to get past this karma.

Karma often shows itself in your relationships. These can be patterns of people that you are with even when you know its wrong. This can keep happening in your life because of the karmic lesson that you aren’t learning. Each of the lessons that come to you are unique and they relate to yourself.

This kind of karma can teach you about love, about your worth and about others. There are signs that you can look for to see if you are dealing with a karmic lesson:

Repetitive Situations

When you keep going through the same situation over and over again then you probably have a karmic lesson to learn.

Relationships with Red Flags

Red flags are one thing that you can look for in any of your relationships. You can see if you attract people that have toxic personalities or if you are with people that you have a bad attachment with. No matter what kind of negative relationship you have, when it is full of different red flags, it is probably karma.

Facing Fears

Karma will help you to learn to face your fears rather it is fear about being who you are meant to be or fear of committing. You might be afraid of expressing yourself or facing certain situations. Karma can bring out the fears that you are afraid to face and make you take them head on.

Here are some ways you can learn your karmic lessons:

When you have problems, you need to figure out what the truth is. Be clear about what is going on and be responsible for what you are thinking and doing.

You are the only one that knows what is best for you. Find out how to be happy and how to be thankful for your life.

Be Compassionate

You need to be compassionate with others but even more yourself. You need to love yourself and trust who you are.

Have Independence

Be independent in your life. Listen to your intuition and let it guide you. Face your problems right away.

Trust Your Challenges

No matter what challenges you are facing, trust that this happens so that you can make it through your journey. This is part of your life, and you should trust your journey.

Look at your life with a new mindset and learn how to learn and grow and be the best that you can be.  This is the way that you can learn your lessons and move forward.
